Exporting Schedules to Existing Microsoft Project Files

You can use the export to MS Project function to update an existing Project file. This feature can be used in a number of situations. For example:

To Export Schedules to an Existing Microsoft Project File

4.

All: The contents of the Microsoft Project file are cleared and the contents of your current schedule are exported as if this was the initial export. Any changes that were made in Microsoft Project that were not imported to the schedule are lost.
