Deleting Favorites

When you no longer need to monitor an item, you can delete its favorite. You can also delete your and other employees’ favorites from the Enterprise window. This topic explains how to do both.

To Delete Your Favorites

1.	From the Site window, select the Favorites view.

2.	Use one of these methods to delete favorites:

•	Select one or more favorites and click Delete.

•	Right-click one or more favorites and click Delete.

3.	A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.

Tip: You can delete individual favorites from an object window or a listing of objects. For example, in an Asset window, click the Tools menu and then Remove From Favorites. In a table, right-click the object and click Remove From Favorites.

To Delete Favorites for Any Employee

1.	From the Site window, click on the tool bar. The Enterprise window appears.

2.	Select the Data Management view and the Favorites tab. This tab lists all favorites, the employees who created them, their sites, and creation dates.

3.	Select one or more favorites in the list and click Remove.

4.	A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.
