Adding Child Schedules

If you created a schedule from a template and did not create the child schedules at the same time, you can manually create the child schedules from the child templates.
For example, you may have defined a set of templates as follows:
When you create a new weekly schedule from the weekly template, APM creates both the weekly and daily schedules but does not create the shift schedules. At the appropriate time, you can select a daily schedule and request that its child (shift) schedules be created.

To Add Child Schedules

From the Schedule menu, select Create, and then Create Child Schedules. This option is only available for schedules that were created from a template. Once the schedule's child schedules have been created, the option is no longer available. APM creates the child schedules using the properties on the templates. You can now:

When you are finished, Save and Close the Schedule windows.
