Copying an Asset Activity Report

Asset activity reports can be copied for use on a different site, or to create a new report based on an existing report instead of creating a report from scratch.

This topic describes how to copy an asset activity report.

To Copy an Asset Activity Report

1.	From the site, select the Assets view, then the Activity Reports tab. By default, this tab displays a list of all asset activity reports for the site and below.

2.	Right-click an asset activity report in the list and select Copy. The Asset Activity Report Copy dialog appears.

3.	Complete the following information:

Asset activity report copy option

Select the option for copying the asset activity report. Your choices are: • Copy the report details from the report being copied • Refresh the report details using the parameters below: Site, assets source, and reporting period dates must be selected.

Site for details

The site that controls asset activity report assets and strategy development analysis selection.

Source

Select either Asset hierarchy or Strategy development analysis for the source of the assets. Note: Only active assets are included.

Analysis

The strategy development analysis used for the asset activity report.

Asset

The asset for the asset activity report.

 

Planning activities dates

The starting and ending dates for all planned activities in the report.

 

Completed activities dates

The starting and ending dates for all completed activities in the report.

4.	When you are finished, click OK to close the Asset Activity Report Copy dialog. The Asset Activity Report window opens with the options and parameters you have chosen.

5.	To view information about the asset activity report, see Viewing Asset Activity Report Information.

6.	To change information on the asset activity report, see Changing Asset Activity Report Information.

7.	When you are finished, close the Asset Activity Report window.
