Changing the Order of Task Templates on a Job Template

The order of the task templates on a job template determines the order of the tasks on the standard job and on the generated work orders. When you add a task template to a job template, the new task template always becomes the last task on the list. You can change the order of task templates on the job template.

To Change the Order of Task Templates

1.	Open the job template.

2.	Make sure that editing is enabled.

3.	Select the Tasks tab. This tab lists all of the task templates for the job template.

4.	Select the task and click Move up or Move down to position the task in the list.

5.	Save and close the job template.
