Renumbering Assets and Action Plans in a CPR

Assets and action plans are automatically assigned sequential numbers when they are added to a current practice review. Assets are given sequence numbers, while action plans are uniquely identified by asset and action plan sequence numbers. As the analysis progresses, you might need to delete either of these types of analysis objects, which leaves gaps in the sequence.

This topic explains how to quickly renumber assets, action plans, or both in a current practice review.

To Renumber Assets and Action Plans in a CPR

1.	From the site’s Strategy Development view and tab, select the CPR tab.

2.	Open the review.

3.	Click the Tools menu and then Renumber Objects. The Renumber Analysis Objects dialog appears. For example:

4.	By default, both Action plans and Assets are selected. You can adjust the settings as required.

5.	Click OK. Depending on the number of objects, a progress dialog might appear. The objects are renumbered.
