Viewing Approval Routes for a GL Account

You can view approval routes on which a GL account is listed.

To View Approval Routes for a GL Account

1.	From the Site window, click on the tool bar. The Enterprise window appears.

2.	Select the Accounting view, GL Accounts tab.

3.	Double-click the GL account for which you want to view approval routes. The General Ledger Account dialog appears. Only whole GL accounts, not segments, can be associated with an approval route.

4.	Select the Approvers tab. The Approvers tab is only available for whole GL accounts. The top list shows the routes that approve purchases for the account. The bottom list shows the approvers for the selected approval route.
