Adding Lines to a Blanket Order

Each requirement you want to include on a blanket order needs to be on a separate line. You can add as many lines as necessary to a blanket order.

To Add Lines to a Blanket Order

Select the Lines tab.

Click New. The New Purchase Order Line dialog appears.

Select the Resource that you want to purchase.
Browse to search for a resource in the catalog, or click Supplied By to search for a resource supplied by the selected supplier.

Enter the Quantity required, Price, Discount rate, and Release quantity.

Enter the Delivery information.

Select the Instructions tab.

Select the Charges tab to enter extra charges.

Select the Taxes tab to enter taxes.

Select the Distribution tab.

Click OK to save and close the blanket order line.
