Viewing Asset Health Index Readings

Each time an asset health reading is generated, APM maintains an audit trail history of readings for each asset health asset. Asset health index readings can be viewed from the asset health index itself.
This topic describes how to view asset health index readings.

To View Asset Health Index Readings

1.
Open an asset health index and select the Readings tab. All asset health readings are listed in the table.

To view details about a specific reading, double-click a reading in the table. The Asset Health Reading dialog appears.

On the Health Index tab you can see the health index value, its condition, its ranking and percentile among assets in that index, and its age at the time of the reading. A comparison of the change between the last two published readings is also shown.

Select the Trend tab. By default, this tab lists published readings for the asset. To view all readings, select All readings from the configuration list.

Select the Results tab to view details including the value, type, condition, status, data availability information, and calculated value results.

Select the Results by Variable tab to view the result for each variable that was used in the calculation.
Tip: You can double-click a variable result to view more details.

Select the Recommendations tab to view any recommendations entered for this reading.
8.
Select the Details tab to view details entered for this reading including the names of the report definition, asset, calculation, and report, and the report status.
9.
When you are finished viewing the reading, close the Asset Health Reading window and the Asset Health Index window.
