Generating All Asset Health Report Readings

From time-to-time you might want to generate all asset health report readings due to be scheduled. Generating report readings invokes the scheduled asset health readings action on the site. For more information about creating a scheduled action, see Creating a Scheduled Action.

Each asset health report’s status determines whether readings will be generated. If the current status of a report does not allow readings to be generated, that report will be skipped. For example, you cannot generate readings for a published report. The status of the report is displayed in the right corner of the report window banner.

This topic explains how to generate asset health report readings for all scheduled reports.

To Generate All Asset Health Report Readings

1.	On the site, select Tools, Asset Health, then Generate Asset Health Readings. A confirmation dialog appears stating that asset health readings for all asset health groups that are due to have readings generated will be processed.

2.	Click Yes to confirm. All readings due to be processed are generated.
