Copying an Asset Health Report Definition

Asset health report definitions can become quite complex. Instead of creating an asset health report definition from scratch, you can save time and errors by copying an existing asset health report definition, and making changes to the duplicate report definition.

This section describes how to copy an asset health report definition.

To Copy an Asset Health Report Definition

1.	On the Site window, select the Asset Health view and then the Report Definitions tab. By default, this tab lists all asset health report definitions for this site and above.

2.	Right-click the report definition that you want to copy from the list and select Copy. The Asset Health Report Definition window appears, and an identical report definition is created, with a report number assigned automatically by APM.

3.	Change the name of the report definition to better reflect the purpose of this new report definition, as well as any other report definition settings.

4.	When you are finished, save and close the report definition.
