Viewing Asset Condition Information

The asset’s condition value appears in several places in APM, including the Asset window, Properties view, General tab. You can also review and compare asset conditions in the following locations:
Asset Analysis window, Summary view. View summaries and graphical representations of information for the analysis assets.
Site window, Asset Health view, Asset Condition tab. The Analyses tab provides several table configurations so that you can view different types of information.
Site window, Asset Health view, Asset Condition tab, Priority and Condition tab. The priority and condition matrix allows you to see which assets should be worked on first.
Asset window, Asset Health view, Condition Analyses tab. View a table of condition analyses that include the asset.

To View Summaries for a Condition Analysis

Open the asset condition analysis and select the Summary view.
The Assets tab lists the analysis assets. You can select from these configurations:
Select the Summary tab to view a list of analysis criteria. Select a criterion to see a chart summarizing the assets’ scores.
Select the Criteria tab to view information using the Criteria scores, Scores by criteria, and Asset scores configurations.

To View an Asset’s Condition

Open the asset and select the Properties view, General tab. The Classification area displays the asset condition:
This area also displays the asset’s consequence priority and its priority and condition group. Priority and condition groups consist of descriptive names and icons. They are assigned to matrix entries to show the intersection of priority and condition values for individual assets that have undergone both types of analysis.

To View an Asset’s Analysis Results

Open the asset and select the Asset Health view and the Condition Analyses tab. The table lists the analyses for the current asset only, the asset and below, or the asset and above.

To View Asset Condition Information for the Site

From the Site window, select the Asset Health view and Asset Condition tab.
The Analyses tab lists the analyses for the current site only, the current site and below, or the current site and above.
The table configurations available include:
The Priority and Condition tab shows the priority and condition matrix. In the list of configurations, select “Priority and condition matrix entries at your enterprise”. Select an entry in the list to view assets with the combination of priority and condition. For example:
