Category Name

A short description of the report category. For example, you may have categories for “Asset” and “Work order” reports. You can enter up to 50 characters. If this box is left blank, an error message will appear.

Menu label

The text that you want to appear as the sub-menu in either the site’s Reports menu, or in the object’s [object name], Print menu (for example the Work Order, Print menu). The menu text should be the name of the report or a brief description. You can include an ampersand (&) to make a mnemonic in the menu. For example, the menu text “&Work Orders” appears as “Work Orders” in the menu. Users can then type ALT + W to access this sub-menu. If this box is left blank, an error message will appear.
