File source The options are: • Manual – When adding an inspection document to a checksheet, the inspector can add a path to an external file. • Report – When adding an inspection document to a checksheet, the inspector can generate an APM report, such as a checksheet report. See Also Document is mandatory on checksheets When this option is selected and the inspection document is copied to a checksheet that was generated from a standard task based on a template that specifies document types, the inspection document is shown as mandatory on the checksheet. In that case, when the file locations of all of the mandatory inspection documents are populated, the Inspection Documents Status is set to “Complete” on the checksheet. This, in turn, can trigger a change in checksheet status, based on the site’s default checksheet status settings. See Also
