Title The name or short description of this item. You can enter up to 250 characters. Warehouse The name of the warehouse where the items were picked or received. If your organization includes multiple sites, the warehouse and the transaction entry form must both be owned by the same site. See Also Picked by, Received by, or Recorded by The name of the employee who performed the transaction. For example, for an issue it is the person who issued (picked or delivered) the material. It is not necessarily the person who entered the transaction. For a time sheet, it is the name of the person who recorded the time worked. For a receiving document, it is the name of the person who received the material. If your organization includes multiple sites, the employee record and the transaction entry form must both be owned by the same site. For example, for an issue it is the person to whom the material was issued (e.g., the person who picked or delivered the material) and for an inventory return it is the person who returned the material. For a time sheet entry, this is the person who performed the work that the time is being recorded for. If your organization includes multiple sites and the transaction is for labor, the employee record and the time sheet must both be owned by the same site.
