Plan number APM automatically assigns an identifying number to the ARP. You can change the plan number, but it must be unique to the site. See Also Title The name or short description of this item. You can enter up to 250 characters. Plan type The type specifies the site, financial period type, and number of periods. It determines if expense details are supported on the ARP. It can also set the default plan and asset statuses. See Also Plan status Plan statuses describe planning processes and control what actions can be performed. For example, the plan status can allow or prevent the plan’s properties from being changed. See Also Asset number The number used to identify the asset. When you create an asset, APM automatically enters a unique asset number, but you can change it if necessary. Each asset must have a unique number not more than 50 characters long. If this box is left blank or if the number is not unique, an error message appears. See Also Status Status of the plan asset. The status controls, among other things, whether the plan asset’s properties can be updated and whether the asset’s spending plan is included in the plan’s spending plan and lists. See Also New status Status to be applied to the restoration plan asset. See Also Comments Typically describes the reason for changing the status. See Also
