Title of the analysis
Title of the current strategy development analysis.

Type
Type of work identification analysis, for example, maintenance task analysis, RCM2 analysis, or Current practice review.

Status
Status of the analysis can be one of the following:
•
Review pending - the analysis has been created, but no action plans or implementations have been started
•
Review started - the analysis has one or more incomplete action plans or implementations
•
Review complete - all of the action plans or implementations have been marked as complete
•
Closed - all action plans or implementations are complete and the analysis has been marked as closed

FM Reference
Failure mode associated with the action plan.

Status
Status of an action plan indicates if it has been reviewed and marked “complete”. It can have the status “Facilitation Incomplete”, “Facilitation Completed” (analysis has been done), “Implementation Completed” (reliability program has been implemented), or “Implementation Not Required”.

Action plan task status
Action plan task statuses are defined for use with failure modes and action plans in addition to the statuses provided by APM (Facilitation Incomplete, Facilitation Completed, Implementation Completed, and Implementation Not Required). Facilitators and implementers can then use the additional statuses to co-ordinate their efforts, for example, marking an action plan for follow-up or review.

Failure mode criticality
Criticality (or risk) is determined by the combination of the likelihood of failure and the severity failure consequences.
Criticality is either calculated during a risk analysis or manually assigned.

Duty code
A duty code identifies a duty cycle, which is the time that an entity spends in an active state as a fraction of the total time under consideration. This could mean that the unit runs 50% during its production period of six hours or that it runs every hour for 20 minutes during a 24 hour day (33%), and so on. In strategy development analyses, duty codes are recorded on failure modes.

Severity of usage
“Severity of usage” describes the environment in which an asset is operating. This could mean an environment that is cold, hot, dirty, damp, and so on. In strategy development analyses, severity of usage values are recorded on failure modes.
