Requisition Total Cost The total cost associated with this requisition. APM automatically calculates this amount, and you cannot change it. Requisition status The status of the requisition: In planning, Planned, and Closed. New manual requisitions have the In planning status. If the requisition does not require approval, you must manually mark the requisition as Planned. This indicates that the requisition is ready to be purchased. Requisitions that go through the approval process are set to Planned when they are approved. Receiving the requisitions’s purchase order sets the status to Closed. For replenishment requisitions, the status is automatically set to Planned when the requisition is created. Creating a purchase order for the requisition sets the status to Closed. Note: Requisitions created as a result of work order demands assume the status of the work order. See Also
