You can enter up to 250 characters. Component Life The number of the component life that the asset has after the status change. See Also New asset life When you change the status of a maintainable or component asset, you can also tell APM to start a new life for the asset. For example, you might do this if you are removing a component so that it can be rebuilt. By starting a new life, APM can track asset indicator readings and costs after the rebuild separately from before the rebuild. See Also
