Functional location number The number that identifies the functional location in SAP. Equipment number The number that identifies the equipment record in SAP. If the equipment record was assigned an internal number in SAP, the identification number in APM is padded with leading zeros to ensure that the number has 18 characters. Assembly number The number that identifies the assembly in SAP. External label The functional location’s external number if alternative labeling is in use in SAP. Asset number The number of the corresponding asset in Maximo. Location number The number of the corresponding location in Maximo. User tag identifier Name or number used to identify the asset in the user’s organization. Instance ID The asset’ instance ID in Oracle eAM. Asset group ID The asset’s Inventory Item ID in Oracle eAM. Asset group Description of the asset group. Serial number The asset’s serial number in Oracle eAM. Last sent on The date and time when the object was last sent to the CMMS. Last sent by The APM user who last marked the object as ready to send.
