For proposed tasks that are performed as needed, for example, restoration or discard, you can select the “As needed” or “When required” frequency defined for your organization. In the Numeric frequency box, enter an estimate of how often the task will be performed.
Numeric equivalent of the value in the Frequency box. For proposed tasks that use an “as needed” frequency, you can specify a numeric amount and unit of measure. In this case, enter an estimation of how often the task will be required.
Total costs for labor resources. When detailed costs are entered on the Labor tab, the value in the Labor box is displayed in read-only format.
Select this option to display the Labor tab, where you can itemize the labor costs.
Total costs for repairs. When detailed costs are entered on the Repairs tab, the value in the Repairs box is displayed in read-only format.

Clear this option to remove the cost from the calculated value in the Maintenance efficiency index box. This option allows you to enter two or more tasks and compare their costs. Only tasks with Include in MEI selected are included when you click Update Action Plans.
