Waiting for Approval: the request is waiting to be approved.
Approved: the request has been approved. The request is set to approved when the last required approver approves it.
Rejected: the request has been returned without being approved.
Recalled: the request has been recalled by the originating document. This status is used when the originating document is re-drafted.
Waiting for Preceding Step: the request is waiting for the preceding step to be completed so this request can be acted on. This status is currently only used with work orders when the work order's requirements are being approved separately.
Canceled: the request was canceled as a result of a higher-level request being rejected. This status is used, for example, on the approval request for a work order’s requirements once the work order itself is rejected.
