The reference number for the standard document. You can enter up to 30 characters. If this box is left blank or if the number is not unique, an error message will appear.

The type of standard document. For example, your site might use Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Vendor Manual, or Safety Instructions.

Location of this document

The location of the standard document. Select where the document will be stored: Stored in APM: You can store procedures directly in APM as plain or rich text. Stored as a file outside of the APM database: You can use an external document that is stored in a document management system. If you select this option, click the folder icon to find the file for the document. Note: These files will be available to all users if you store them in a network folder. The path to this folder should be selected in the Settings Editor for each server/service instance. Select the Runtime node and the Attachments Path setting.
