Your choices are: • Comma separated values (*.csv) • Hypertext markup language (*.html) • Microsoft Excel (*.xls) • Plain text (*.txt) • Portable document format (*.PDF) • Rich text (*.rtf) • TIFF (*.tiff) Note: Portable document format is the default option.

Select this option to create an archive when the report is published. Each new archived edition number automatically increments by one.

Sections to include

Select which sections to include. Your options are: • All sections – all report sections will be included regardless of their published status. • Unpublished sections only – only sections that have not yet been published will be included. • Sections selected below – you must select each section that you want included in the published edition.
