Type of activities to include

The type of activity that is to be included in the report section. You can select from one of the following: • Planned – Activities that are currently planned to be performed in the future. • Completed – Activities that were completed during the period of the report. • Asset status information – Activities relating to asset status information during the period of the report. • None – No activity detail is included in this section. • Other – To add custom objects to the list.

For each type of planned activity for the asset that is to be included in the report section, you can select from one of the following: • Indicator readings – the indicator reading’s next due date is used • Jobs – only standard jobs are included • Projects • Tasks – only standard tasks are included • Work order tasks – completed, closed, or canceled work order tasks are excluded • Work orders • Work requests – completed or canceled work requests are excluded • Other

For each type of completed activity that is to be included in the report section, you can select from one of the following: • Alarm acknowledgments – incorrect readings, incorrect alarms, or monitoring statuses are excluded; source is not auto-acknowledged • Asset activity report – report must be published • Asset activity report section – section must be a published section from the current report • Downtime incidents – rejected statuses are excluded • Failure modes • Failures – canceled failures are excluded • Indicator readings • Inspection reports – includes checksheets and inspection reports • Override incidents – canceled incidents are excluded • Projects – only completed projects are included • RCA • Reliability strategy analyses • Strategy development analyses • Work order tasks – only completed or closed work order tasks are included • Work orders – only completed and closed work orders are included • Work requests – only completed work requests are included • Other

For each type of asset status information activity that is to be included in the report section, you can select from one of the following: • Asset health readings – asset health reports must be published • Asset information • Barriers • Operating parameters • Other

Automatically include details when the report section is created

Select this option to display section details on the asset activity report. For example, a planned indicator readings report section will display asset and indicator information as well as the planned date, remaining allowance, and remaining life for each reading included in the section. This option is not available if the activity type is set to “None”. This option is selected by default.

Select this option to include this section’s attachments with the report. This option is not available if the type of activity is set to “None”.
