RFQ requirement rules source

How the RFQ requirements are determined for service orders of this resource: either using the site’s rules, or using the rules entered on this resource. Default RFQ requirement rules are set at the site level. However, you can override the site's RFQ rules for a resource. This allows you to tailor the rules for each of your resources. To override the site's settings, click the View RFQ Policies button, select the option Use the rules entered below, and then enter the appropriate settings for the resource.
