Failure mode The failure mode that the project tracks. See Also Status Status of an action plan indicates if it has been reviewed and marked “complete”. It can have the status “Facilitation Incomplete”, “Facilitation Completed” (analysis has been done), “Implementation Completed” (reliability program has been implemented), or “Implementation Not Required”.
