CMMS system The CMMS system for which you are mapping the work order status. CMMS task status The name or code for the CMMS task status that is being mapped. Maps to an EXP task status If the status does map to an APM status, leave this option selected, and then select the matching APM status. If this status does not map to an APM work order status, clear the option. When a CMMS status is not mapped to an APM status, the APM work order task’s status is not changed when that status is selected in the CMMS. EXP task status If the CMMS task status maps to an APM work order status, select the matching status from the list. If this status does not map to an APM work request status, clear the option.
