The dashboard that the employee can access. When this employee logs on to APM, the site window includes the Dashboard view, which displays this dashboard.
The second dashboard that the employee can access. When this employee logs on to APM, the site window includes the Dashboard view, which displays all dashboards selected for the employee.
The third dashboard that the employee can access. When this employee logs on to APM, the site window includes the Dashboard view, which displays all dashboards selected for the employee.
The fourth dashboard that the employee can access. When this employee logs on to APM, the site window includes the Dashboard view, which displays all dashboards selected for the employee.
The fifth dashboard that the employee can access. When this employee logs on to APM, the site window includes the Dashboard view, which displays all dashboards selected for the employee.
When this option is selected, the icon and name of the dashboard definition are shown at the bottom of the Dashboard view. This is handy for dashboard designers, who can open the definitions when testing their dashboards.
The set of site sidebar dashboards that the employee can view. For example, the set might include an assets sidebar that appears on the Assets view, Listing tab. Sidebar dashboards typically display summary charts.
The My Desk dashboard set lists the dashboards that appear in the employee’s My Desk view. For example, the set might include the My Approval Requests tab.
