Measured As

The way the indicator readings are collected for cumulative indicators: Accumulated or Consumed. Accumulated value: This type of cumulative indicator records a value that increases over time. For example, the odometer on a car is read as an accumulated meter. Difference since last reading: This type of cumulative indicator records the amount consumed since the last reading. For example, if you are adding oil to an engine, you might track the amount of oil that has been consumed since the last service.
