Availability
The total amount of time that this trade or employee is available for this schedule.
For example, to enter availability for a mechanic trade on a weekly schedule where:
•
4 mechanics are available on the schedule
•
each mechanic will be working 40 hours
Enter 160 hours (4 x 40 hours) of availability.
If you are entering the employee availability for one of the mechanics, you would enter 40 hours.

Scheduled
The total amount of time that work is scheduled for this trade or employee on this schedule.
APM calculates this time based on the scheduled duration of all of the schedule entries assigned to this trade or employee on the schedule.

Remaining
The remaining amount of time available for this trade or employee on this schedule.
APM calculates this amount by subtracting the Scheduled time from the Availability time. If the remaining amount of time is less than zero, this will be displayed in the Overscheduled box.

Overscheduled
If the Scheduled time is greater than the Availability time, APM calculates the difference and enters it in the Overscheduled box.
This will happen when the total scheduled duration of the tasks entered on the schedule for the trade or employee is greater than the total availability of the trade or employee to the schedule.
