Select this option when you want to limit the lines allowed on a purchase order to be from the same RFQ. If this option is turned off, purchase order lines can be created from any completed RFQ.

Internal delivery time

Set the amount of time that it typically takes to deliver an order from your receiving area to the job site. The system takes this time into account when calculating the date that materials are expected to be delivered for purchase orders. Note: This setting only applies to new material purchases of resources, and not to replenishment purchases. For replenishment purchases, the system uses the lead time to put away entered on the warehouse item.
