Issued To, Returned To, or Performed By
The name of the employee who was on the receiving end of the transaction. For example, for an issue it is the person to whom the material was issued (e.g., the person who picked or delivered the material) and for an inventory return it is the person who returned the material. For a time sheet entry, this is the person who performed the work that the time is being recorded for.
If your organization includes multiple sites and the transaction is for labor, the employee record and the time sheet must both be owned by the same site.
