Trigger Condition
The condition, or status, of the standard job triggering. There are four possible conditions: waiting for next triggering, in early warning, open work order, and triggering suspended.

The date that the most recent work order created from this standard job was officially closed.

The number of days since this standard job was last completed.

Days Since Last Done
The number of days since the last work order triggered from this job has been closed. This value is calculated if the triggering rule has one or more date-based rule clauses.

Days Until Due
The number of days until a work order is due to be triggered from this standard job. This number will be calculated for triggering rules that have date-based rule clauses, or that have rule clauses that are based on cumulative indicators.
If there is more than one rule clause, the system will show the value for the next clause that will cause the job to be triggered.
Note: The cumulative indicator must have a daily average set up for this number to be calculated.

The number of units remaining until a work order is triggered for this standard job. APM will only calculate this number for triggering rule clauses that are based on a cumulative indicator.

Early Warning Date for Next Work Order
The date the next early warning work order will be issued.

Trigger on Early Warning
When this option is selected, the standard job will be triggered when the triggering rule meets the early warning conditions. For example, if the rule says to trigger every 30 days with early warning 5 days in advance, then a work order will be created from the standard job on the 25th day.

The daily average for the cumulative indicator that is used in the triggering rule for this standard job.

The average daily usage value for the cumulative indicator. APM can use the daily average to evaluate the early warning clauses in standard job triggering rules and to predict when the next standard job will be triggered.

Trigger Every
The value that must be entered on the indicator for the rule clause to be evaluated as true. For example, for an odometer indicator, the clause might be triggered every 5000 miles entered on the odometer.

The asset that will have this standard job in its reliability program. An asset must be selected in order to create a triggering rule for this standard job.

The name or short description of this item. You can enter up to 250 characters.
 

Hierarchy location
A hierarchy location is a string of letters and numbers that identifies where the asset is in the physical hierarchy.
APM constructs a full hierarchy location using the code that you enter in the Hierarchy code box joined with the hierarchy codes for its parent/ancestors. The codes are separated by a period (.). Hierarchy locations are updated whenever the asset or one of its ancestors is moved within the hierarchy (or if a hierarchy code changes).

Life-to-Date
The total amount accumulated over the lifetime of the indicator. This value is for cumulative indicators only. This value is updated each time a reading is processed for the indicator.

Status
Asset status represents the operational state of an asset and whether or not it is available for use. APM uses the status of an asset to determine whether or not work is triggered and whether or not components are available for installation. Sites can also use statuses, but these statuses are specific to sites and cannot be used for assets.
Status is particularly important for components because it reflects a component’s repair and availability status. For example, when a component is out of service, the status can also indicate whether the component is a spare and available for use, is in the shop for repair, is out for vendor repair, or has been scrapped.
When you change the status of a parent asset, the statuses of its children are also changed (provided the previous statuses of the assets were the same).

Planned Start Date
The date and time that the work order is planned to begin. APM enters the earliest planned start date of the work order's tasks.

The date that the work order has been requested to be completed. APM calculates this date based on the requested completion date of each of the work order's tasks.

Work Order Status
The current status of the work order. At various stages in the life cycle, APM may assign the following statuses to a task or work order: New, Work in Progress, Scheduled, Completed, Canceled, or Closed. Work planners may also select an appropriate status for the task or work order: In Planning, Planned, Rejected, or Work in Progress.
Each task on a work order may have a different status. When work order tasks have different statuses, the work order will show the earliest status of its tasks. For example, if task 1 has a Work in Progress status, but task 2 has an In Planning status, the work order status will be In Planning.
