Report number The ID number for this activity report. The system automatically enters the next available number. This number cannot be edited. See Also Reported by The name of the employee who created the activity report. This information is automatically entered by the system and cannot be edited. See Also Reported on Date and time that this activity report was created. The system automatically enters the current date and time. This information cannot be edited. See Also Report status The current status of the activity report. Possible statuses include: New, Waiting to be processed, and Processed. The system automatically enters the appropriate status. This information cannot be edited. A report may have the “waiting to be processed” status if you are using two-step activity reporting. This option is set in the Administration settings for the site. The report may be processed manually, or when the work order is closed. See Also Processed by The name of the employee who processed the activity report. This information is automatically entered by the system and cannot be edited. If reports are processed automatically as they are entered, this entry will be the same as the person who created the report. See Also Processed on The date and time that the report was processed.
