Date and time collected

The date and time that the reading was collected. You cannot enter a date and time in the future. Note: If you enter a reading for an indicator that predates the indicator’s most recent reading, the reading does not trigger any alarms, standard jobs, or calculated indicators.

Possible values are: • Compliance not tracked • Collected on time • Collected late • Collected early

Days non-compliant

The number of days before or after the due date that the reading was processed.

Percentage non-compliant

Provides a general idea of how late or early the reading is. The calculation uses the expected time between readings, based on the date of the previous reading and the date of the current reading.

The current acknowledgement status for the alarm triggered by the indicator reading.

Acknowledgement Type

How the indicator alarm was acknowledged. Acknowledgement is when a user tells APM that they have seen the warning or alarm and are taking an appropriate action. Possible methods of acknowledging indicator alarms include: • Creating a work request, or using an existing work request • Creating a work order, or using an existing work order • Indicating that the indicator will be monitored • Stating that the problem was fixed during inspection • Stating that the reading was incorrect • Stating that the alarm settings were incorrect.

Indicator alarms can be acknowledged in APM Remote. The alarm is turned off in APM Remote, and an upload transaction is created to add information about the acknowledgment to the main APM database. When indicator readings are uploaded and processed in APM, the indicator maintains its in-alarm state so that it can be acknowledged by a supervisor. The acknowledgment information entered in APM Remote is recorded in the indicator reading.

Approval Rejected: The last person to review the document did not approve it.
