The telephone number for this person. You can enter up to 15 characters. If a telephone number mask has been created for the appropriate country, you do not have to enter any formatting characters such as brackets or dashes. APM will automatically format the number correctly.

Extension

The extension for this phone number. You can enter up to 6 characters.

Phone Type

The phone type for this telephone number: Assistant, Business, Business 2, Cell phone, Fax, Fax 2, Home, Home 2, Other, Pager.

Email Address

The email address. You can enter up to 50 characters.

City	The city where the address is located. You can enter up to 50 characters.

State or province

The state or province where the address is located. Once you have selected the country, only states or provinces located in that country appear in the list.

Country

The country where the address is located.

Postal code

The postal code or zip code for this address. If a mask has been created for the postal code or zip code, you do not need to format the code. APM automatically enters any spaces or hyphens necessary. As well, APM warns you if you enter a code that does not match the format for the country where the address is located.

Preview outbound email

Select this option to preview outbound email before it is sent by the system. If you select this option, the system will open and display emails sent when the system: • Mails an RFQ to a supplier • Mails a requestor that the RFQ process is complete • Mails a purchase order to a supplier • Notifies employees when purchases they requested have been received or services have been acknowledged • Notifies employees when a contract or pricing agreement is about to expire • Notifies planners that changes have been made to standard tasks that have been created from the task template Note: Emails cannot be previewed when sent to notify employees of approval requests or indicator alarms.
