Schedule number

APM automatically generates this number. You can override the default number if necessary. If this box is left blank or if the number is not unique, an error message will appear.

Title

The name or short description of this item. You can enter up to 250 characters.

Schedule Status

The current status of the schedule. There are three possible statuses: Open, Locked, and Expired. You can continue to add entries to open and locked schedules, but if you add entries to locked schedules, they will be flagged by the system. You cannot add entries to expired schedules.

Options

Select whether you want to print work packages for all of the work order tasks on this schedule or only for those scheduled for a specific date. If you select the Only tasks scheduled for option, enter the date for which you want to print tasks.

Scheduled for date

When printing work packages for the work orders on a schedule, you can print all of the work orders that have been scheduled to start on a specific day. For example, if you are printing work packages for a weekly schedule, you may want to print only the work orders that are scheduled to start on Monday. Enter the appropriate date in the box.

Task Attachments

Select the attachments to print with the work package. Your options are: • None – no attachments will be printed with the work package • All – all work package attachments will be printed • Let me select from a list – selected attachments only will be printed with the work package.
