Create RFQ

You can add the selected purchase demand to an existing RFQ document or create a new document: Create a new RFQ: Select this option to create a new RFQ document for this purchase demand. You can add other demands to the document. Use an existing RFQ: If a compatible RFQ already exists, the system selects this option and displays the details in this dialog. Or, if you know that an RFQ exists, you can select this option and click Browse to select the RFQ. Note that for an RFQ to be compatible, it must meet the following criteria: • It must be a “for demand” RFQ. • The status must be “in planning”. • You must be the buyer on the RFQ. • The site must be a site that can own RFQs and can own supplier resources.
