Availability The total amount of time that this trade or employee is available for this schedule. For example, to enter availability for a mechanic trade on a weekly schedule where: • 4 mechanics are available on the schedule • each mechanic will be working 40 hours Enter 160 hours (4 x 40 hours) of availability. If you are entering the employee availability for one of the mechanics, you would enter 40 hours. See Also Scheduled The total amount of time that work is scheduled for this trade or employee on this schedule. APM calculates this time based on the scheduled duration of all of the schedule entries assigned to this trade or employee on the schedule. See Also Remaining The remaining amount of time available for this trade or employee on this schedule. APM calculates this amount by subtracting the Scheduled time from the Availability time. If the remaining amount of time is less than zero, this will be displayed in the Overscheduled box. See Also Overscheduled If the Scheduled time is greater than the Availability time, APM calculates the difference and enters it in the Overscheduled box. This will happen when the total scheduled duration of the tasks entered on the schedule for the trade or employee is greater than the total availability of the trade or employee to the schedule. See Also Scheduled Time for this Entry The amount of time scheduled for this trade requirement on this schedule. This may be different than the original planned trade requirement on the work order task. For example, if the original requirement called for 12 hours of electrician time, and this entry is for a shift schedule, the scheduled time for this entry may be only 8 hours. You would need to make another entry on another shift schedule to fully schedule this trade requirement. See Also Work Order The work order that the work order task belongs to. All work order tasks must be part of a work order. See Also Task Number The task number is added to the end of the work order number. Each task on a work order must have a unique number. APM automatically generates this number. You can override the default number if necessary. If this box is left blank or if the number is not unique, an error message will appear. See Also Work Order Task Title The title of the work order task. APM uses the title of the first task on a work order as the work order title. See Also Asset to Work On The name and number of the asset that needs maintenance. If your organization includes multiple sites, the asset to work on and the work order task must be owned by the same site. See Also
