Work Order The work order that the work order task belongs to. All work order tasks must be part of a work order. See Also Task Number The task number is added to the end of the work order number. Each task on a work order must have a unique number. APM automatically generates this number. You can override the default number if necessary. If this box is left blank or if the number is not unique, an error message will appear. See Also Work Order Task Title The title of the work order task. APM uses the title of the first task on a work order as the work order title. See Also Asset The asset to work on for this schedule entry. APM enters this information based on the asset to work on for the work order task the entry was created from. See Also Maintenance Schedule The maintenance schedule that this entry is on. See Also Start Date and Time The start date and time of this schedule entry. When you add an entry to a schedule, APM sets the start date and time of the new entry to the start date and time of the schedule. If necessary, you can change the start date and time. If you add a work order with more than one task to the schedule, APM sets the start date and time of each task on the work order based on the estimated duration of each task, and the start date and time of the schedule. See Also Duration The duration of the schedule entry. APM automatically enters this based on the estimated duration of the work order task requirement that was used to create this entry. You can change the duration if necessary. If you enter a duration that is longer than the entry’s shift, and the split entries option is enabled for the schedule, the system automatically creates split entries. If you reduce the duration so that splits are no longer needed, the system deletes the splits. See Also Scheduling status The scheduling status for the work order task. The system sets this status when the task is scheduled. If necessary, you can change the status. The options are Task is partly scheduled, and Task is fully scheduled.
