Trade The trade that the employee is currently scheduled to work on (such as electrician or mechanic). See Also Employee The name of the employee that you are adding to the schedule. See Also Availability The total amount of time that this trade or employee is available for this schedule. For example, to enter availability for a mechanic trade on a weekly schedule where: • 4 mechanics are available on the schedule • each mechanic will be working 40 hours Enter 160 hours (4 x 40 hours) of availability.
